Call for Posters

The VISMAC 2026 International Summer School aims to provide a stimulating opportunity for Ph.D. students and young researchers. Participants will have the chance to present the results of their research, interact with their scientific peers, and engage with computer vision experts in a friendly and constructive environment.

All accepted and registered students as well as sponsors are highly encouraged to submit a poster to present their research activity. Suitable space will be reserved at the Santa Chiara Lab (University of Siena) for displaying the posters during dedicated sessions.

The electronic version of the posters will also be made available on the VISMAC website.

Poster Guidelines

The poster should be submitted in a printable PDF format. For your poster, a board will be provided which measures 1000mm tall by 700mm wide. You are required to print and bring the poster with you to the school. Push tacks or velcro adhesive will be provided by the local arrangements team to mount your poster to the board.

Submission Rules

Submissions not satisfying the following guidelines may be rejected:

• Title and author list clearly visible;
• Poster size: max 1000mm tall x 700mm wide (Portrait orientation).
